AD-0802 Element Cleaner is a liquid cleaner suitable for reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) membranes from all membrane element manufacturers.

Use AD-0802 to improve the routine cleaning effect and operation of the membrane, effectively remove all kinds of microbial, inorganic and organic pollution. It can effectively prolong the service life of membrane, restore and maintain the optimal performance of reverse osmosis membrane, nanofiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane.

Cleaning Procedures

  1. Prepare for cleaning, configure lotion according to the ratio of 1 liter of cleaning reagent to 40 liters of water, and fill the cleaning agent cabinet.
  2. 2, cleaning liquid in the system each cycle should be at least 1 hour, at the same time to soak more than 2 hours.
  3. Increasing the temperature of the cleaning liquid is conducive to improving the cleaning effect, and should not exceed 40℃.
  4. 4, cleaning pump pressure should be less than 4.2kg/cm2, each pressure vessel recommended flow rate: 4 inches 2.1m3 /h; 8 inches 8.0m3 /h.
  5. After cleaning, wash with product water at low pressure for at least 30 minutes.
  6. After the system is put into operation again, the product water in the first 15 minutes shall be discharged.

Shelf life:

The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature of 25℃ in a cool shaded environment. Packing specification: Each (5 gal) weights 20 kg.
